The series of centrifugal drum (vacuum) fans are multi-stage centrifugal type, with small volume, low noise, light weight, small foundation cost, simple structure, easy maintenance, less vulnerable parts; uniform gas supply and transportation of the gas is not polluted, good regulation performance, wide operating range and other characteristics. It is mainly used in aeration, vacuum system, coal mine ventilation, air combustion, flue gas desulfurization and oxidation, waste gas pressurization, gas transportation, coal washing, gas-water backwashing, printing and other fields.

1, the working principle of fans

Centrifugal blower is a kind of rotating blade machinery that converts the original mechanical energy into the gas pressure energy. When the gas enters the impeller uniformly through the intake chamber, it is subjected to the centrifugal force in the rotating blade and the diffusing action in the diffusing section, so that most of the mechanical energy is converted to the gas pressure energy, so that the gas passes through several stages of continuous pressure. The 2~10 level compression can be used to obtain the required pressure. Therefore, continuous gas supply is a major feature of centrifugal blower.

2, fan structure characteristics

Series multi-stage centrifugal blower (vacuum) is multi-stage, single-suction, double-support structure, motor and blower installed on the same base, the product has multi-stage, bearing external, low-speed, single-suction, double-support, multi-direction import and export more reasonable structure.

A, shell

The shell is made of gray cast iron (cast aluminum, stainless steel). After heat treatment and aging, the strength and the stability of the material molecular structure are guaranteed. The shell is mainly composed of the air intake shell, the middle baffle and the exhaust shell. The bearing seat and the shell are independent parts, which are tightly connected with the inlet and outlet shell by bolts. Location can be in the direction of user needs.

B, rotors

Rotors include impellers, bushes, spindles and rolling bearings. The main shaft of the rotor is made of high strength steel. The impeller is made of aluminum alloy precision casting. It can also be made of other materials, such as stainless steel, as required by customers. It is connected to the main shaft by keys. The anti-loosening round nut at one end of the main shaft is locked and the two ends of the rotating parts are supported on the shaft. Come on.

C, bearing block

Bearing seat is made of gray cast iron or ductile iron by heat treatment, bolted to the outside of the casing, lubricated by high-temperature grease of molybdenum disulfide lithium 2 or 3 for small and medium-sized blowers, self-lubricated by micro-tank for medium-sized blowers, lubricated by forced oil station for large blowers, and double-row centering balls for exhaust end. Bearings, angular contact thrust ball bearings at the inlet, all imported from abroad to bear the radial load and axial force of the rotor, bearing as the standard rolling bearings, are cooled by air or water (tap water or circulating water) at the exhaust end because of the high temperature of the exhaust housing, and both front and rear bearing seats are installed. Thermocouple, connected to the field operation protection box, display temperature and automatic alarm and shutdown in case of abnormal temperature.

D, coupling

Series fans adopt two kinds of elastic couplings for users to choose. One is elastic column pin coupling, the other is diaphragm coupling.

E, seal

The outer edge of the impeller inlet and between stages are separately sealed with aluminum alloy tooth (labyrinth) to reduce internal gas leakage. The shaft holes at both ends of the casing are sealed with tooth (labyrinth) to prevent gas leakage. If special gas is conveyed, carbon ring seal is needed.

3. Field operation protection box

Fan field operation protection box is the latest product developed by our company. It can be used for manual and semi-automatic users. It can automatically monitor and prompt the electric current, bearing temperature and wind pressure before and after the fan. It can improve the bad influence caused to normal operation which can not be observed in time by man-made duty. It is suggested that operation and prompt disposal can relieve hidden dangers, greatly reduce the labor intensity of the staff on duty and the maintenance frequency of the fan, and prolong the service life of the fan.

This product is a box column structure. According to the customer's requirements, it can be equipped with manual and automatic switch, start and stop buttons, etc. and lead to the main control cabinet to form on-site control and protection, so as to operate close to the fan. This product is divided into outdoor and outdoor type, to ensure that the working environment does not affect the normal work.
