Taiwan Pengjing Group, chaired by Wang Zhongpeng, is aiming at the keel lamp market for indoor ceiling energy-saving lighting products. "Our research data show that the domestic market size of the ceiling keel in 2013 exceeded 5 billion square meters, and increased by 7% per year."

It is understood that Pengjing Group keel lamp in the United States and Taiwan after the invention of patents, also obtained in the mainland utility model patents. Wang Zhongpeng introduced that if the market share is roughly estimated to be 50%, then the supply of 1.8 billion lamps can save more than half of the country's lighting power every year, and its life span is more than 20 years, reducing a lot of waste.

In mainland China, industrial parks with energy-saving and environmental protection enterprises like Ma'anshan are gradually increasing and spreading to the central and western regions of Henan, Sichuan and Hubei.

"With the increasing tension of environmental and resource energy issues, the traditional industries are facing great competition pressure under the new economic norm, the importance of energy-saving and environmental protection industry is becoming increasingly prominent, energy-saving and environmental protection industry has risen to the national strategic emerging industries." Liu Wenqiang, vice president of China Electronic Information Industry Development Research Institute, said.

Liu Wenqiang said that from 2012 to 2015, China's energy-saving and environmental protection industry output value scale in the field of subdivision, energy-saving industry, environmental protection industry growth rate is rapid, the annual growth rate is more than 20%. In 2015, the scale of China's energy conservation and environmental protection industry reached 4 trillion and 500 billion yuan, and the market share of products increased greatly.

According to Taiwanese businessmen, the policy adjustment made by the mainland to solve the contradiction between economic development and resources and environment undoubtedly opened a "feast" for investment in energy-saving and environmental protection industries. Several Taiwanese industry representatives said that the huge potential market demand in the mainland is huge, providing a broad space for the development of energy-saving and environmental protection enterprises in Taiwan.

"Faced with the increasing awareness of environmental protection and energy conservation in the mainland, the vast domestic demand market makes Taiwanese enterprises have a strong desire to land. At the same time, the advanced policy of environmental protection industry has already started, leading the related industries to move forward. Wang Zhongpeng said.

In mainland China, a number of energy-saving and environmental protection industrial parks with prominent geographical advantages and high concentration have formed an industrial pattern supported by agglomeration areas, with large-scale enterprise groups as the core and "specially new" SMEs supporting.

"These parks will be gradually upgraded to the national energy conservation and environmental protection industrial park in the future." Liu Wenqiang said. At the same time, the policy also drives mainland enterprises to pay more attention to the development of quality and improve industrial concentration, in the soil restoration, water environmental protection, green manufacturing and other fields, the future investment market is unlimited.

"Developing energy-saving and environmental protection industries is the only way to deepen cross-strait cooperation and promote the transformation and upgrading of Taiwan-funded enterprises." Zhou Ning, assistant director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, said that with the changes in the internal and external environment, the traditional industrial development model has become increasingly difficult to adapt to economic development and market needs, and enterprises across the Straits are facing pressure to adjust and upgrade.

Wang Zhongpeng and other Taiwanese businessmen are increasingly looking forward to the broad market of new energy, new materials and new technologies in the mainland. They believe that this is undoubtedly a great opportunity for enterprises on both sides of the Strait.
